About the Guest Organist:
Zach Hemenway is currently in his senior year of studies at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York where he studies organ performance with David Higgs. He also concurrently serves as the Assistant Organist and Choirmaster at Christ Episcopal Church and Organist at Saint Michael Roman Catholic Church in Rochester. Prior to his studies at Eastman, Zach held the position of Archdiocesan Organ Scholar at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis, Missouri. Zach has also studied with William Porter, Vince Lenti, Marie Kremer, John Romeri, and David Higgs and has participated in recitals and master classes across the United States and abroad, including Italy and Sweden. Upon completion of his studies at Eastman, Zach intends to continue on to Graduate School and to pursue a career in Sacred Music.
